Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines;
- Minimum 3 years of audit and/or finance experience, preferably from reputable firms;
- Experience in IPO and M&A projects is a strong advantage;
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin (as many of our clients are from Mainland China);
- Positive attitude, reliable, detail-oriented, and well-organized;
- Independent, self-motivated, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead IPO consulting projects (Hong Kong, NASDAQ, SGX, and Malaysia);
- Conduct pre-IPO assessments and financial due diligence reviews;
- Develop proposals for fundraising and M&A transactions;
- Act as a liaison between investors and project owners;
- Assist in deal structuring and negotiations;
- Travel to Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Singapore as required.
