CareersAccounts & Admin Executive / Clerk
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or a related disciplines;
- SPM/ STPM/ A-Level/ or relevant certificates will also be considered;
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply - training will be provided;
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin (as many of our clients are from Mainland China);
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills;
- Independent, self-driven, and equipped with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Issue electronic invoices (e-invoices);
- Handle general bookkeeping tasks;
- Prepare payroll records, including pay slips and salary calculations;
- Support basic human resource functions;
- Prepare meeting rooms for client visits;
- Manage daily office administrative tasks;
- Assist in various secretarial and administrative duties as required.
