Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or related disciplines;
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Associate level);
- For senior positions, at least 3 years of audit and/ or finance experience from reputable firms;
- Experience in IPO and due diligence projects will be an added advantage;
- Fluent in English and Mandarin. Cantonese proficiency is a plus;
- Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to work independently;
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills;
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities (based on seniority level):
- Perform audit assignments for both listed and non-listed entities incorporated in Hong Kong;
- Handle special engagements such as IPO consulting and financial due diligence reviews;
- Guide, coach, and train junior team members (for senior roles).
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients;
- Travel to Hong Kong and Mainland China for IPO or other special engagements when necessary.
